Shipping policy
Pieni Petite partners with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. We offer international shipping to New Zealand, North America, Europe, the UK, and Asia via Australia Post International and then forwarded to local delivery partners in each country. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details.

Taxes and Duties
For customers outside of Australia (other than North America), your order may be subject to international duties and taxes. These taxes and duties are required to be paid by the customer and are not included at checkout. For customers based in North America, duties and taxes will be calculated and charged upon checkout.
Pieni Petite cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, or delays caused due to these customs processes over which we have no control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and taxes.
Processing time
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During collection launches, promotional periods and public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as our small team carefully prepares each order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to follow your parcel's journey.
Shipping Timeframes
Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the courier and may vary depending on locations. We do not offer any additional expedited shipping services.
Stolen or damaged parcels
It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Pieni are not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.
