Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy
Full-price items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all swing tags attached and packaging intact.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund and may only be returned for an exchange or store credit, subject to approval.
Items that do not meet our return conditions may be returned to the customer at their expense.
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, please email customercare@pienipetite.com within the applicable return period and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
Please note that returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns should only be sent once a Return Authorisation (RA) number has been issued by our Customer Care team.

Please ensure your RA number is clearly included with your return parcel. Returns received without a valid RA number may be refused and returned to sender.
Postage, duties and taxes
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges paid on international orders are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Where applicable, customers may be able to seek a refund of duties or taxes directly from their local customs authority.
How long does it take to process a return?
We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving them. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Returns and Fit Assurance
As alterations completed under our Fit Assurance program are tailored specifically to you, any items that have been altered are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
