Refund policy
At Pieni, we pride ourselves on creating well-crafted pieces. In the instance you may need to return one of your items, the following conditions apply.

To be eligible for a return, a request to return must be lodged and posted back to us within 7 days of your delivery

Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed and unworn
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please email customercare@pienipetite.com within the applicable return period and include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for your return
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
Please note that returns sent without a valid RA number will not be accepted. Items must not be returned until an RA number has been issued by our Customer Care team.
PREPARING YOUR RETURN
Returned items must:

Be returned in their original packaging

Have all original tags attached

Be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition

Include the original packing slip enclosed with your order
If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note inside your return parcel clearly stating:

Your RA number

Full name
-
Order number
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that do not meet our return requirements, or are returned without their original packaging, tags attached or proof of purchase, may be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

RETURNS & FIT ASSURANCE
We understand that achieving the right fit is essential. As part of this, we offer Fit Assurance — a complimentary alteration credit of up to $25 on your first order.
Should minor adjustments be required, garments may be tailored locally and submitted for reimbursement with a valid receipt and order number.
Please note that items which have been altered are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
We recommend trying on all garments prior to undertaking any alterations.
REFUNDS
We endeavour to process returns daily, Monday - Friday but please allow up to 5 business days from the date that the return parcel is received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account due to the processing times of your financial institution. Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are strictly non-refundable.
FAULTY POLICY
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. This way we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for a preliminary assessment.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will either repair the product, replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method.
If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you. A refund or exchange is not guaranteed for "change of mind" situations.
It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with care for instructions. Pieni complies with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Please see our full Returns Policy for more information.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards may only be redeemed on the Pieni Petite website. Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Unfortunately, Pieni Petite does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. If an order is made using a gift card and is then cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the gift card will be refunded as a store credit only. Gift card purchases may be subject to security checks from time to time, resulting in longer processing time.
STORE CREDIT
Store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your order. Store credits cannot be transferred to other accounts. Store credit is valid for three (3) years. Any balance that remains after the 3 years will not be available for use. Store credit does not accrue interest nor can it be redeemed or refunded for cash. If an order made using store credit is cancelled or returned, the portion of the purchase attributable to the store credit will be restored to your account only.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Pieni may occasionally have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided during the checkout process and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically.
If you have not applied the promotional code but an order was placed during the event contact our team straight after you’ve placed your order. It is up to Pieni's discretion to refund or credit note you the discounted amount difference.
Please note, only one promotional code may be used per transaction and cannot be combined with any other promotion. Unless otherwise specified, each promotional code may only be used once per customer.
